The independent single lamp controller is a single lamp controller developed by our company with the ability to work offline. Not only can it be used in conjunction with our company's light networking platform and single light series control host, but also can work according to the previously set mode after disconnecting from the platform/host to realize the function of single light intelligent management and control.

The independent single lamp controller integrates switching output, PWM dimming interface output, 0-10V analog dimming interface output, GPRS communication module, single lamp accurate measurement, fault judgment, and at the same time increases the control of the device itself and the output device. Leakage detection improves the safety of the entire system and meets more user needs.

Product Function Description

1. Switch output
The system has built-in large-capacity relays, which output active digital signals to control the power switch of the equipment. The control of the equipment realizes the on and off operation of the circuit through the action of the relay, and the load capacity of this circuit should be applied in applications with a capacity of <500VA.
When the load current exceeds 3A, please use the contactor current expansion device or other methods to complete the control.
Note: When using the current expansion application, the metering function of this device can only be used as a reference, and cannot be used as the measurement of the actual load.

2. Dimming interface output
The light networking single light controller uses 0-10V lighting output by default, a built-in linear adjustment circuit, and the lighting algorithm of the software, and the digital control signal to the analog 0-10V linear signal is implemented under the action of the D/A digital modulus converter. Output, so as to complete the lighting control of the terminal device.
The bass technicians can be implemented after confirming the plan; otherwise all the losses caused by this shall be borne by the customer!

3. Communication interface
The device uses a mobile GPRS 1800M frequency band wireless communication to complete the setting of the device parameters and uploading communication functions. And using GPRS's real -time online superiority to ensure the real -time interaction between the equipment and the Ellies Cloud platform provides basic support for hardware and software.

4. Electricity measurement
The system adopts a built -in transformer design. The high -precision metering SOC guarantees the secondary measurement accuracy. It provides power, powerless power, and visual power. At the same time, the measurement information supports power loss data saving.

5. Leakage monitoring
The device provides a 30mA leakage protection. When the output device leaks more than 30mA, the controller turns off the switch volume output to ensure the safety of the equipment. When the maintenance is completed, the equipment will be output and switch again after the equipment is completed, the monitoring leakage signal will be monitored to confirm that the maintenance is effectively completed.
