FLS single lamp controller is a single lamp controller with lamp networking interface developed by our company. It is used in conjunction with our company's single lamp series control host to realize the function of intelligent management and control of single lamp.

FLS integrates switch output, PWM dimming interface output, 0-10V analog dimming interface output, lightning protection RS485 communication interface, single lamp accurate measurement, fault judgment, and adds leakage detection for the device itself and output devices. The security of the whole system is improved and more user needs are met.

Product Function Description

1. Switch output
The system has built-in large-capacity relays, which output active digital signals to control the power switch of the equipment. The equipment output voltage is the input voltage source, and the rated current of each road is 3A.

2. Dimming interface output
The single lamp controller adopts 0-10V dimming output by default, built-in linear processing circuit, combined with software dimming algorithm to complete the dimming function of the device. Achieving the control objective is the function of the output objective.

3. Communication interface
The device uses wired communication to complete the setting of device parameters. The equipment has a built-in dedicated RS485 communication circuit, and adopts the isolation lightning protection mode to ensure the stability and reliability of communication.

4. Electric energy metering
The system adopts built-in transformer design, high-precision measurement SOC ensures measurement accuracy, provides active power, reactive power, and apparent power, and the measurement information supports power-down data storage.

5. Leakage monitoring
The device provides 30MA leakage protection. When the leakage current of the output device exceeds 30MA, the controller turns off the switch output to ensure the safety of the device, and at the same time sends a relevant alarm signal to the upper-level single lamp control host. When the maintenance is completed, the equipment will output the switch value again after receiving the maintenance completion instruction, monitor the leakage signal, and confirm that the maintenance is effectively completed.
